Dr. Kathy is accepting new patients (Ontario residents only). Please note that there is a limit on new patients per week. Availability priority is given to current patients on a first come basis. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that there is a 48 business hour cancellation policy. Patients who provide less than 48 business hours notice will be charged the scheduled appointment fee (this also applies to complimentary consultations). By booking your appointment, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. This policy can also be found in the confirmation booking emails, reminder emails, letter of engagement, and intake forms.

Credit Card

Your credit card information is required to be on file in order to secure your appointment online. Please note that you will not be charged until after your appointment or if there is a no show.

Price Adjustment

Dear patients,

I am writing to inform you of an upcoming adjustment to the pricing of my naturopathic services, effective August 22nd, 2025.

This decision was made after careful consideration as there has not been a change in the fee structure since 2019. This change will help keep up with rising operational costs and investing in ongoing continuing professional development.

New pricing effective August 22nd, 2025:

Extended Follow-up (up to 45 minutes): $220

Brief Follow-up (up to 30 minutes): $180
